Professional Cooperation Process

Production Process

A complete workflow for high-precision sand-table model customization, from the first consultation through production, installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.

Consultation & Docking
01

Consultation & Docking

We align project goals, display scenarios, technical expectations, delivery timing, and communication responsibilities before formal planning begins.

  • Requirement Collection Gather detailed needs including application scenarios such as exhibitions or showrooms, display themes, physical dimensions, lighting requirements, multimedia interactivity, and other model specifications.
  • Milestone & Logistics Confirm delivery timelines, on-site installation conditions, and transportation methods while providing professional advice on model-making crafts and material selections.
  • Team & Communication Receive preliminary project documents, confirm the designated client liaison, and establish a dedicated project communication group for efficient collaboration.
Document Analysis
02

Document Analysis

Our team reviews the source materials in detail so the model is based on accurate drawings, complete references, and realistic production constraints.

  • Comprehensive Document Collection Gather and organize CAD layouts, architectural blueprints, equipment specifications, renderings, corporate logo materials, and related references to establish a complete project baseline.
  • Rigorous Verification & Revision Verify drawing scales, resolve conflicts, coordinate with clients to supplement missing documents, and address dimension discrepancies proactively.
  • Technical Feasibility Assessment Evaluate challenges such as large-scale equipment integration, complex piping, dynamic visualizations, and custom architecture to ensure technical viability.
Proposal & Quotation
03

Proposal & Quotation

We prepare a tailored production proposal and itemized quotation so the scope, quality level, schedule, and budget are clear before approval.

  • Customized Proposal Deliver tailored documents covering sand-table scale, layout planning, craftsmanship, material specifications, lighting systems, and interactive multimedia.
  • Itemized Quotation Provide a transparent breakdown of production costs, design fees, hardware, packaging, transportation, installation, and warranty services.
  • Schedule & Acceptance Estimate timelines with standard or expedited options and define clear factory and on-site acceptance criteria to ensure quality.
  • Iterative Confirmation Revise proposals and quotations with the client until the plan fully aligns with the project vision and budget.
Formal Contract Signing
04

Formal Contract Signing

Once the proposal is approved, both sides finalize the agreement and the internal production team is assembled.

  • Comprehensive Contract Drafting Define critical project terms including sand-table specifications, craftsmanship standards, delivery schedules, payment milestones, liability allocations, and warranty provisions.
  • Signing & Financial Confirmation Finalize the agreement via secure signature or physical stamping, then process the advance payment to officially lock in the timeline and resources.
  • Dedicated Project Team Assembly Launch the internal kickoff with model designers, structural engineers, master carvers, lighting experts, and a dedicated project coordinator.
Layout Drawings & Renderings
05

Layout Drawings & Renderings

Before manufacturing, we develop layout drawings, 3D visualizations, and key samples to lock the final production scheme.

  • Layout Planning Produce detailed sand-table layout drawings from CAD data, confirming dimensions, zoning, and infrastructure routing for accurate spatial planning.
  • Realistic Rendering Generate high-quality renderings of the overall model and key details, simulating lighting effects and material textures for a lifelike preview.
  • Physical Sampling Create small-scale physical samples for key components and special equipment to verify material quality and complex craftsmanship details.
  • Final Confirmation Client review and written approval are required to lock the production scheme, serving as the sole basis for manufacturing.
Precision Manufacturing
06

Precision Manufacturing

High-precision CNC carving, 3D printing, sheet-metal work, lighting integration, and hand finishing bring the model into physical form.

  • Drawing & Process Decomposition Convert architectural and industrial process drawings into production drawings, precisely defining component dimensions and manufacturing processes.
  • Intelligent Fabrication of Precision Components Adopt CNC carving, 3D printing, and sheet-metal processes to reproduce equipment markings, pipeline routing, and building textures for high-fidelity components.
  • Base & Road Network Construction Strengthen the model base, lay out roads and functional zones, and reserve wiring grooves for multimedia and lighting systems.
  • Electrical & Lighting Integration Lay wiring for interior and exterior lighting, water-scene lights, independent loop control, and insulation treatment.
  • Landscape Detail Furnishing Deploy simulated green plants, vehicles, human figures, and identification systems to enrich the scene and recreate authentic commercial or industrial atmospheres.
  • Joint Commissioning & Acceptance Conduct key-milestone confirmation and semi-finished-product acceptance, then complete whole-set joint commissioning to reduce electrical and structural risks.
Factory Acceptance & Packaging
07

Factory Acceptance & Packaging

The completed model is assembled, tested, adjusted, signed off, and protected for transport before leaving the factory.

  • Assembly & Demo Finalize the sand-table assembly and conduct comprehensive testing to demonstrate the finished visual and interactive effects.
  • On-Site Inspection Support client factory pre-acceptance with a detailed checklist to verify alignment with the contract, renderings, and functional specifications.
  • Rectification & Sign-Off Address feedback, complete in-house adjustments, and obtain formal sign-off on the Factory Acceptance Confirmation Sheet.
  • Safe Packaging Disassemble the model into modules, use foam lining and solid-wood cases for protection, and compile a detailed packing list for secure transport.
On-Site Installation & Commissioning
08

On-Site Installation & Commissioning

Technicians coordinate delivery, assembly, wiring, debugging, cleaning, inspection, and operator guidance at the final site.

  • Site Deployment & Assembly Deliver modules to the site, verify environmental conditions, and execute full assembly, wiring, and debugging before presentation cleaning.
  • Formal Acceptance Process Conduct a comprehensive final inspection with the client and sign official acceptance documents after successful verification.
  • Knowledge Transfer & Training Hand over operation manuals and spare parts kits, then provide hands-on operator training for proficient and safe usage.
Handover & After-Sales Support
09

Handover & After-Sales Support

After commissioning, the project enters the warranty period and remains supported through maintenance guidance and service coordination.

  • Formal Handover & Warranty Activation The project is formally delivered and enters the warranty period, marking the official start of service.
  • Warranty Coverage for Non-Human Failures Provide free repair services for failures caused by non-human factors within the warranty period, minimizing downtime and operational disruption.
  • Ongoing Maintenance & Value-Added Services Offer professional maintenance guidance, software updates, system upgrades, and a reliable supply of spare parts.
